Using the service

You must only submit documents you are authorized to process. Traduitex must not be used to forge, fraudulently alter, or impersonate an official document.

Quality and verification

Automatically produced documents are readable translation companions, not certified and not signed by a human translator, unless explicitly stated after a separate verified review.

Automated translations may require human review. You remain responsible for checking the requirements of the receiving authority or organization before use.

Pricing, payments, and refunds

The price shown before payment depends on page count and active options. Mobile Money is received only after provider verification; office cash must be confirmed by the team.

A refund is recorded only after confirmed processing by the team and, where applicable, the payment provider. Network processing time may be additional.

Account security

You are responsible for securing your account and should promptly report unauthorized access.
